Spikes rapidly deal damage to anything in contact with it. Their damage increases in accordance to their level.

PVP Strategies[]
Double Spiking[]
- Once your is hand on the mouse left click two times to move your mouse left to right then. This will place two spikes with small horizontal spacing that serve as a way to wall off opponents.
Triple Spiking[]
- Requires a lot of practice. Bait your opponents by running away then perform a double spike and side step your opponent. When they run into the spikes, quickly place another spike on top of them to trap them inside the spikes.
- Do not be frustrated if you can't do this instantly, videos online will naturally only want to show the best moments that the uploader hand picks to show off their skill.
- You can easily avoid triple spikes if you play more passively and avoid following your opponent's lures.
Basing Strategies[]
Wall Spikes[]
- When making a base, it is good pracice to place spikes around walls to prevent enemies from breaking them. You can also place spikes around Doors with some Bear traps to keep your base secure.
PVE Strategies[]
Boss Spiking[]
- You can place spikes next to a Boss to deal extra damage to it. Bosses will usually break spikes when they attack, so it could prove to be a strain on resources.
Trivia[]
- The Spike cosmetic makes your appearance similar to that of a Wooden Spike.
- Many 'pro' players like to spam spikes because they think that the more actions per minute they have, the better they are, while this only really serves to fill up their limited quota of buildings and leave them to become easy targets later on.
- Consistently being able to triple spike is a skilled renowned by many in the community. Triple spiking is often featured in clips and videos created by community members especially in PvP settings.
